GSA 00CORP or the Professional Services Schedule (PSS) actually enables Federal agencies to procure a wide variety of professional services using a single Schedule contract.
Order Level Materials (OLMs) are supplies or potentially benefits gained in direct help of an individual assignment or conveyance request put against a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) agreement or FSS cover buy understanding (BPA). OLMs of GSA 00CORP are not characterized, estimated, or granted at the FSS contract level. They are obscure before an assignment or conveyance request is set against the FSS agreement or FSS BPA. Things granted under auxiliary supplies/administrations or other direct expense (ODC) SINs are not OLMs. These things are characterized, valued, and granted at the FSS contract level, while OLMs are obscure before a request is made. Auxiliary supplies/administrations and ODC SINs in GSA 00CORP are for use under all request type CLINs (Fixed-Price (FP), T&M, and LH), though the Order-Level Materials SIN is just approved for use under T&M and LH request CLINs.
The worth of OLMs in an assignment or conveyance request, or the aggregate worth of OLMs in orders against a FSS BPA granted under a FSS contract, can't surpass 33.33%.
INTEGRATED CONSULTING SERVICES
