GSA began giving a Mass Modification (Mass Mod or GSA modification ) to current Schedule legally binding specialists. The Mass Mod will revive current arrangements to change with the terms and conditions of the new joined Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) that was followed through on Oct. 1, 2019.
